2013 Ones To Watch - Palma Violets

Palma Violets
This band hardly need an introduction but I will give you one anyway (because I'm kind like that). After making a major impact and rising from the underground in the latter half of 2012, Palma Violets are a garage rock four-piece from London generating lots of hype.
The band is composed of Sam Fryer (vocals, guitar), Chilli Jenson (vocals, bass), Pete Mayhew (keyboards) and Will Doyle (drums). 2013 is set to be an exciting year for these guys, with their debut album 180 set for release on February 25.
With a sound similar to that of The Libertines and The Vaccines, it is not hard to see why people have joined the fanbase and catapulted the band to stardom.
You can catch Palma Violets in a city near you soon, when they play the NME Awards Tour (with various other artists) throughout February.

  1. That last song sounds suspiciously like 'The Last Time' by the Rolling Stones.. good band though.
